Put On Your Party Dress...

Just in to the shop this week are two of the prettiest party dresses I have ever seen. Both came from the same local Coronado estate. This one pictured above was worn to a Mid Shipman's Ball. Layer upon layer of delicate lace....breathtaking.

These dresses are teenie tiny, so we're looking for that Cinderella with the 23" waistline. :)
They would make a lovely display hanging in the bedroom or on your favorite dress form.


This gorgeous tulle dress was worn to a High School Prom. They are both so lovely in their own way, but if I had to pick a favorite..I think it would be the lace dress. (Although, that aqua tulle makes my head spin!)

3 Sisters From Texas*

The majority of our out of state customers some from Arizona, but coming in a close second would be TEXAS! We have noticed an increase in Texans this year and they are always surprised when we guess where they are from before they tell us. `o)

Abracadabra...

We loved this old vanity, but we have more requests for nightstands than vanities...



So with a wave of his magic wand saw, Jon transformed the vanity into a beautiful pair of nightstands. Take a bow, Jon.

The matching bed is equally wonderful with it's original old creamy paint.

Cottage In The Garden Sale

A photo I took last year while we were taking a break in her garden.

The Attic will be joining our friends this Friday and Saturday for a Garden Sale in North Park. The sale will be held at the home of Shirley Castellanos. Christie Repasy, Rita from Mammabellarte, Sandra from Under The Sun will also be selling. The garden gate will open at 10:00am and the show will wind down by 5pm both days. You may have met Shirley at Christie's last show in Fallbrook. She has the most beautiful jackets and bloomers made from vintage linens and lace!
